Instructions for free papers, oral presentations

Each Free paper oral presentation is given 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions. It is very important that you align to this time schedule. Please prepare your presentation accordingly.
The meeting room has a PC.
For Plenary speakers the time is according to the program: Program | SFOMK Congress 2024 (sfomk-congress.org)

Bring your presentation on a USB stick and download your presentation. There will be a technician in the room to assist you. We kindly ask you to do this well in advance of your presentation, at the very latest during the break before your session.

Please save your Power point file as follows:

1. 16:9 format.
2. Name your presentation:  day _name (example: Thursday_Mikael Magnusson)

Instructions for poster session

Posters will be displayed in the exhibition hall. Only paper posters will be displayed.

Poster session
Thursday May 23 at 16.30-17.15
During this session you are expected to stand by your poster. Prepare a brief oral presentation of your poster, maximum 3 minutes.

Poster size
The maximum dimension of the posters: 95 cm (width) x 200 cm (height). Standard A0: 84cm x 119cm is fine.

Mounting
Posters should be mounted with pins, provided by the organizers in the registration desk. Mounting from 18.00 on Wednesday May 22.

Dismounting
Dismounting on Friday May 24, after lunch break. The organizers accept no liability for posters not dismounted in time.
