Terms of reservation

Cancellation of accommodation
Notification of cancellation must be made by e-mail and sent to Congress secretariat Reed & Mackay (fd Resia Kongress). Cancellation of hotel reservation will be accepted until March 15, 2024. A cancellation fee of SEK 250/person will be charged. If cancellation is received later than March 15, or in case of no-show, full cost of the reservation will be charged, regardless of reason for cancellation.
